Crash Site Bravo
Tucker: Kimball is in ER? And two of our biggest lieutenants dead? This has to be a nightmare.
Carolina: It's real life. Those three Wash and I had to fight? They not like anybody we have seen. We thought Felix and Locus were tough. But these guy appeared to be tougher.
Grif: More powerful supersoldiers. On a scale of 1 to 10 if anyone asks me how fucked we are, i give it a 10.
Simmons: Do you have to say that every time we face a more powerful enemy, Grif?
Grif: Pretty fucking much.
Sarge: A good reason to fight the good fight.
Grif: thats a very Sarge thing to say, Sarge.
Sarge: Exactly.
Doc: All medic tents are set up and we have medics ready to get to work.
Washington: Good. We can't afford to lose anymore people.
Donut: Where's Dr. Grey?
Carolina: She's at the emergency room at a hospital trying to save Kimball's life.
Caboose: We might have to be ready to face some terrible bad guys, right, Freckles?
Freckles: Ready to do battle, Caboose.
Carolina: I am even worried Kimball may not make it out alive.
Washington: Hopefully she does. We lose her, we potentially lose Chorus.
Hospital
Dr. Grey: *sigh* Operation is done. I at least was able to guarantee her chances of living, plus this healing technology we have may not get her back to normal right away, but at least she will live.
Jenson: Thats a relief. We already lost Bitters and Smith. We could not afford to lose her.
Palomo: I thought we would both die at the Chorus Glaciers.
Dr. Grey: Just to be safe, let me treat you two to make sure there are no complications with any injuries you have.
Palomo: We are fine.
Dr. Grey: You never want any long-term complications to occur. You guys are at your best when healthy.
Jenson: I agree with the doctor here, Charles.
Palomo: I have a bad feeling Kimball will not be able to rejoin us.
Dr. Grey: She needs a lot of rest. She almost died. I will keep an eye on her and hope no complications arise. You should get back with your squad once your treatment is done.
Polamo: Got it.
Hargrove's Retreat
Hargrove: The codes could work on this armor, but do you have any better ideas?
Hydro: I may have discovered something that could allow me to resurrect the fragments.
Hargrove: Interesting.
Hydro: I also have a failsafe that will be automatically installed into the AI once they are resurrected.
Hargrove: Excellent. That way none of the AI possess whoever wears this armor.
Cryo: Good to have your brain here, Hydro. Don't want anyone getting their mind hijacked here, especially with what happened to a former freelancer agent who is long dead.
Hargrove: It was the Sigma AI that took possession of Agent Maine, who had him retrieve the other AI and became the Meta. His goal was to achieve Metastability. However, it never came to be since he and the other fragments were wiped out by an EMP. But there was an Epsilon memory fragments of those AI. Even then, always need to play it safe and Hydro has that failsafe ready to go.
Zero: You sure this failsafe will prevent the AI from going rogue and hijacking you?
Hydro: I ran tests on the failsafe. It will work.
Diesel: high IQ move there.
Cryo: I cannot wait to tear into those pests, especially Kimball and those two freelancer agents.
Hydro: the AI resurrection process will take a while.
Cryo: *sigh* God dammit.
Hargrove: Hopefully it is finished in time so we can repel the UNSC from here. You know damn I will NOT sit in a prison cell. I either want to keep control of Chorus or destroy it if I have to. Did you guys know somewhere in my ship, there are launch codes only I know that can launch atomic missles and destroy a planet if things were to go south?
Cryo: Thats some next level savagery.
Hargrove: Hopefully it does not come down to that.
Crash Site Bravo
Tucker: Do we have any plans going on right now?
Carolina: We're working on that.
Caboose: You think we could go ask Santa to see what he knows?
Washington: Santa Claus does not exist, Caboose. Oh, wait. You're talking about that alien AI from the Temple of Arms.
Caboose: He did call me a true warrior.
Washington: I will never fucking know why he declared you one.
Carolina: Some things in life will remain unanswered.
Simmons: Pretty much life's second greatest mystery. Behind questioning why we're here.
Grif: which we will never ever figure out.
Lopez: (in Spanish) I doubt that ai will help us at all.
Grif: We have to at least try. At least make sure we end up less fucked than we are now.
Tucker: Can you at least stop being pessimistic.
Grif: I'm being real here. I thought we would win when we shut down the mantises earlier and escaped his ship until found out about his elite deathsquad through Carolina. And you know what she said. They are stronger than even Felix and Locus.
Doc: We got more than enough medical equipement ready to treat the injured. (O'malley: yes then make our enemies spill blood, hahahahaha.)
Tucker: alright. I guess I am ready for another trip to the Temple of Arms.
Caboose: We get to see Santa again. I wonder what I will get for Christmas.
Tucker: Dude, we are asking for assistance, not throw a fucking Christmas party. Then again, would love to invite some chicks over to a party.
Washington: Yeah, I don't they would want to be around you.
Tucker: what?
Washington: You heard me. One. Let's make a trip to Temple of Arms.
One: Give me a few minutes, once this bad boy is fully fueled up, then we can go.
Washington: 10-4.
*15 minutes later, Temple of Arms*
Pelican lands.
One: Here we are. Temple of Arms.
Grif: The spot where Caboose was apparently declared a true warrior.
One: haha. No way. Not a dumbass like him.
Grif: I am saying the same god damn thing.
Caboose: i am the chosen one.
Grif: Shut up, Caboose.
Tucker: I did not think about this since our escape from Hargrove's ship, but we have not seen Church since then.
Washington: Yeah, about that. He left a message. And I don't think you are gonna like it.
Tucker: I hope this not the message we are thinking.
