Tubbs was a Red soldier stationed at Zanzibar, until he and his teammates, Dellario and Burke, were killed by the Meta.
Overview[]
He seemed to always get to guard the motor pool, much to the annoyance of Dellario, though Burke disagrees. He is murdered by the Meta during his attack on the base. When Caboose and Church pass the motor pool during their attack on the Meta, Tubbs' dead body can be seen in the background.

- Tubbs is the only named member of the Red Army to have no dialogue.
