Team Slipspace: An Epic Grifball Saga is a sports science-fiction mini-series created by Burnie Burns and produced by Rooster Teeth. It acts as a spin-off of Red vs. Blue. The series centers around the poorly made decisions made by the Commissioner, issues with a fourth team member, and the consequences of both that affect Team Slipspace, the series namesake. Episodes were originally available on Halo Waypoint, and are also sold on DVD, bundled with the Red vs. Blue: The Recollection and Red vs. Blue: Season 9 DVDs respectively. As of April 2015, the first two Team Slipspace mini-series are now featured on the Rooster Teeth Animation YouTube channel.

PlotEdit

ExpansionEdit

In this mini-series, we follow Team Slipspace—a team down on both luck and talent. When the Grifball League announces something new around the corner, the team's initial hope quickly turns to complete and utter despair.

Franchise PlayerEdit

A disgraced superstar rejoins the League, and the Commissioner has to find just the perfect team for the ex-con. Naturally, he finds a home with some old friends.

Double AgentEdit

With Team Slipspace still recovering from their star player's tragic demise, Rookie decides the time is right to re-negotiate his contract. What could possibly go wrong with the best agent on your side?

Zero ToleranceEdit

Scandal hits the Intergalactic Grifball League of Earth when a player is discovered to have been using controlled substances. The controversy heats up even further when the League decides to crack down on such behavior by enforcing their Zero Tolerance policy—the repercussions of which will change Team Slipspace and the IGLE forever. Or at least until the end of the season.

Game ChangerEdit

The Commissioner of Grifball has some big news for the Rookie...so that's probably bad.

TriviaEdit

  • The series is referenced in Season 10 twice. In Revenants, a guard is watching highlights of Grifball before being knocked out by York. Later on, in Out of Body, York sports a Property of Grifball T-shirt.
  • This is the second Halo machinima series created by Rooster Teeth and the first spin-off of Red vs. Blue.
