The Spike Grenade is an explosive that sticks onto almost any surface or target with the use of its spikes. The spikes are then turned into lethal projectiles after the grenade explodes. The weapon is first used in Reconstruction: Chapter 6.

- Caboose: Washington instructs Caboose to throw a spike grenade in an attempt to distract the Meta from Church. Unfortunately, Caboose instead threw the grenade straight at the wall they were hiding behind, prompting Washington to declare it the "worst throw, ever...Of all time."
- Tex: In Party Crasher, Tex uses numerous spike grenades to eliminate a large number of Project Freelancer soldiers. Using it as a melee weapon thanks to it's spikes.
- Blood Gulch Red Team: When the Blue team pilfer nearly all of the Red Team's belongings in Reckless, a spike grenade is shown among the collection of items.
