Sean Duggan is a voice actor who provides the voice for Freelancer Agent New York in Red vs. Blue Season 9, Season 10, and the mini-series Out of Mind. Duggan also appeared in the Season 3 RT Shorts episode, "Stalled: A Mexican Standoff" where he played an anti-stereotype robber that holds Joel at gunpoint in a restroom.
