Rhee Sebiel was a character who first appeared in Season 9. He was a high-ranking Insurrectionist official who carried a briefcase that contained a code that opens the Sarcophagus.

Role in Plot

Rhee attacked by Maine.

Rhee was first seen during the briefing of the mission to recover the Sarcophagus in Planning the Heist. He was later seen in Hell's Angel driving down the highway. Team A, minus Washington, is on an overpass and as soon as he drives under it, Agent Maine jumps on his car. Rhee begins to swerve around the highway, but Maine raises his recently acquired Brute Shot and kills him.
