Recovery Nine was a Recovery agent sent to Outpost 17-B "Valhalla, along with Recovery Six, to investigate the aftermath of the incident that occurred there. He was in the same Recovery program as Agent Washington.

Recovery Nine dead
After investigating the Red and Blue bases at Valhalla, Recovery agents Six and Nine discovered a crashed Pelican. Unfortunately, the two were ambushed by the Meta before they could search the ship. Recovery Six was immediately killed, and Nine fought back until Meta overwhelmed and killed him under the Pelican that he and Six were investigating. Nine managed to send out a Recovery beacon before his death.
