The Flamethrower is a weapon that fires a stream of liquid fuel which incinerates targets. The weapon is first used in Reconstruction: Chapter 7.

- Washington: In Reconstruction: Chapter 7, after killing Agent South for her past betrayal. In a humorous fashion, he uses this weapon and several explosives to completely destroy her corpse and her Domed Energy Shield.
- Sharkface: In The Sarcophagus, the Insurrectionist used a flamethrower to fight against Agents Carolina and Washington when they break into the Insurrection Building. However, he's ultimately defeated by their combined efforts. Later, in Dish Best Served, Sharkface is revealed to have miniature flamethrowers implemented into the forearms of his armor. They even allow him to propel forward, as seen when he charges at Carolina.
- Sarge: In Fifty Shades of Red, Sarge used this weapon to incinerate a computer that contained bomb diffusion instructions for a training exercise in which his fellow Red soldier, Clint Buckshot, had to diffuse an IED strapped to a Warthog.
