"In other words, you want me to blow stuff up, you're gonna have to blow me first!"
—Andy in Labor Pains

Epsilon's mental image of Andy is first seen in Season 9. Unlike his real world counterpart, this 'Andy' was made to kill the Reds instead of Omega.

Role in Plot[edit | edit source]

Andy was first revealed in the episode Labor Pains, when Tex became angry with an insulting Grif. She explains to the Blues that she built Andy by utilizing their unused robot kit, similar to how his original counterpart was built. She then placed him at Red Base, while the Reds were discussing their "Fighting the Planet" plans, where he then began ticking. When he reaches the end of his timer, he reveals he cannot explode and asks Grif about the Red Team's insurance for the apocalypse.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Epsilon-Andy doesn't have the same color as his original counterpart. This is because the color of the bomb in the Halo franchise changes in later games.
  • It's unknown if his full name is the same as the original Andy's.
